The Meera Jacket is going to become your favourite jacket for seasons to come.
Made using surplus suzani embroidered fabric sourced from a small family run
atelier in Jaipur, India. A regular fit jacket with enough room for layering, it
comes with a hand block printed cotton lining and side pockets.  The embroidery
is done using cotton & wool. A season-less and genderless piece, our jackets
will elevate any outfit.  Please refer to the Fit Tip details before ordering. 
Due to the nature of the fabric no two jackets will ever be exactly the same in
pattern placement and colours. 

About the craft: Suzani is an embroidered  tribal textile that was traditionally
used as decorative pieces and as dowry in Central Asian countries. The craft
soon reached North India through trade routes where various forms of it are
still practiced today. 

About the fabric: We have repurposed small batch hand embroidered fabric
originally intended for bed spreads. A light weight fabric with wool and cotton
embroidery done on sewing machines,  each piece is one of a kind. Small
imperfections are a natural outcome of the handmade process and not faults.
