Made using hand- embroidered velvet fabric, its flattering shape compliments
most body types. Refer to our fit tip before ordering.  Due to the nature of the
fabric no two jackets will ever be exactly the same in pattern placement and
colours.

 * Quilted with cotton wadding and lined with hand-block printed cotton.  
 * Comes with buttons, a mandarin and side pockets.

About the craft: Suzani is an embroidered  tribal textile that was traditionally
used as decorative pieces and as dowry in Central Asian countries. The craft
soon reached North India through trade routes where various forms of it are
still practiced today. 

About the fabric: We have repurposed small batch produced embroidered fabric
originally intended for bed spreads. A light / mid weight fabric with wool and
cotton embroidery that is done on sewing machines,  each piece is one-of-a-kind.
Small imperfections may be present which are a natural outcome of the handmade
process and not faults.
